Pricing & Payment Terms

Quotes are issued following an initial phone conversation or after inspecting the pipe access on site. The agreed price includes labour, specified brass fittings, and local drain-down time.

We take cash upon job sign-off and bank transfers against an invoice. We store no card details on this website.

An itemised electronic invoice is issued immediately upon completion of the work. Payment is due upon receipt, either in cash or via direct bank transfer to our designated business account.

We do not request deposits for routine domestic valve repairs. For extensive pipe rerouting or non-standard commercial valves requiring special orders, a 30 percent deposit is required prior to ordering parts.

Invoices not settled within seven days of completion may incur a late payment charge of 15 pounds plus statutory interest.
